Carlson’s new bonus-points offer is one of the industry’s most generous for winter hotel stays.

Offer Details

Between January 9 and March 31, Club Carlson members can earn up to 100,000 bonus points for eligible stays, as follows:

  • 5,000 bonus points after one night
  • 10,000 bonus points after two nights
  • 20,000 bonus points after four nights
  • 50,000 bonus points after eight nights
  • 100,000 bonus points after 20 or more nights

Registration is required.

Deal or No Deal

Club Carlson members normally earn 20 points per $1 spent. Assuming a hypothetical stay of one $100 night, you’d earn 2,000 points per night. In that scenario, the 5,000-point bonus for a single night amounts to 2.5 times the normal earnings. Same multiplier for two nights and for four nights. The 50,000-point bonus after eight nights, though, increases the bonus to 6,250 points per night, which is more than triple the base earnings. Even better. Strangely, the bonus for staying 20 nights reverts to the lower 5,000 points per night.

The way the promotion is structured, the per-night bonuses fall off between the one-, two-, four-, eight-, and 20-night thresholds. And the sweet spot is eight nights, and a 50,000-point bonus.

These are solid bonuses, and should put Carlson hotels (Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn, Country Inns & Suites) on your list of prospects for winter stays.
